Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in resalable condition.
Include any additional packaging (e.g., dust bags).
Fragrances, swimwear, and underwear are non refundable and non exchangeable.
Customer covers return shipping costs.
Ensure returns are well packed to prevent damage.
Footwear returns must include protective outer packaging; damaged boxes may void the return.

Keep your return tracking information as proof of postage. For returns outside the UK, mark as "Returned Goods - Of No Commercial Value" to avoid customs charges, which are the customer's responsibility.

The Business Fashion is an award winning independent boutique based in Leicester.

Our store brings together fashion, art and culture under one roof. Surrounded by carefully selected artworks, we stock a mix of established designers and harder to find independent labels from around the world.

Everything in the boutique is chosen by us, from the clothing, footwear and accessories to the artwork on the walls. We buy pieces because we believe in them, not simply because they are popular.

Definitions:

The Company: The Business Fashion.
Customer: The buyer from The Company.
Contract: Any agreement for the sale of goods from The Company to the Customer.

Payment:

Payment is required when placing an order. No goods will be delivered without payment.
Goods are shipped via the carrier chosen by The Company, although customer preferences will be considered.
Shipping costs are added to the invoice.
Orders are typically dispatched within one working day.
Report any missing orders within:
- 3 working days (UK)
- 10 working days (Europe)
- 14 working days (Rest of the world)

Claims:

Report any damage, delay, or partial loss in transit within 7 working days of delivery.
The Company may request the return of the goods and packaging for examination.

Liability:

If goods are not delivered, damaged, or in incorrect quantity, The Company may replace them or credit the invoice value.
If goods are defective, The Company may replace them or credit the invoice value.
The Company's liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods.

Returns:

You can cancel your order up to 14 calendar days of receiving your order. If items are in original condition with all tags attached. Postage costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
Sale items can only be refunded if faulty. Exchanges or credit notes are available for sale goods.
